“Sin tetas no hay paraíso” es una serie de televisión de Colombia realizada por Canal Caracol, basada en el libro homónimo de Gustavo Bolívar. Se trasmitió en el año 2006 y durante la emisión de su último capítulo, consiguió batir el récord de audiencia del país.

El programa transcurre en un humilde barrio de la ciudad de Pereira, al cual llegan narcotraficantes para ofrecer dinero a mujeres a cambio de favores sexuales. Relata la historia de Catalina (María Adelaida Puerta), una joven de 17 años quien desea conseguir los recursos económicos para hacerse una operación de implantes de silicon en el pecho. Un aditamento indispensable para poder ofrecer sus favores a la mafia y tener acceso a su dinero; sin importar las consecuencias físicas o morales de sus actos.

La serie ganó 7 Premios India Catalina en marzo de 2007 y 2 premios TV y Novelas (mejor serie nacional y mejor banda sonora, por Agujero), en abril del mismo año.

Canal Telecinco de España estrenó su propia versión en enero de 2008.
